Ryan Carney

The practice of law and law enforcement has been in the Carney family for over 60 years dating back to his grandfather, John Carney, Sr. A founding partner of DiPasquale & Carney, Ryan has spent the past several years working on a wide variety of cases, from matrimonial and family court to administrative appeals. In a short period of time, Ryan has litigated issues in Surrogate’s, Family, County, Supreme, City and Town; and Administrative courts of New York State. Ryan focuses his energy on building a reputation among his clients and peers as someone who is accessible, proactive and diligent; his philosophy is that there is no one right way to approach the practice of law; different cases call for different temperaments, levels of aggressiveness and levels of litigation.

Before attending law school, Ryan spent 12 years in business management and development. His experience in the business sector has allowed him to transition into helping local and regional business address and streamline their legal needs.

In addition to his work at DiPasquale & Carney, Ryan has founded and continues to attend a volunteer legal help desk at the Buffalo City Mission, where he assists homeless men and women with their ongoing legal issues in an attempt to help them land on their feet.
